Deck tools — which one do I use?

TrophyCoach has five Clash Royale deck tools. Deck Finder builds a deck for you from the cards you own; Deck Doctor improves a deck you already have; Deck Builder rates any 8 cards; the Clan War Deck Planner builds 4 war decks; Deck Lab is the Pro workspace.

TrophyCoach has five Clash Royale deck tools, and picking the right one depends on one question: do you already have a deck, or do you want one built for you?

I want a deck built for me — Deck Finder (free)

The Deck Finder at /tools/deck-finder is the build-me-a-deck tool. Enter your player tag (or sign in with a linked tag) and it ranks the current top meta decks by the cards you actually own — each deck gets a composite score from live meta strength (rank, pick rate, win rate from the tracked-decks pipeline), your collection completion, and play-style fit. Decks where you own at least 7 of the 8 cards are marked "playable today." You can filter by archetype (cycle, beatdown, control, siege, bait, bridge spam, and more) and by win condition.

Filters: the Deck Finder filters by archetype (cycle, beatdown, control, siege, bait, bridge spam, …), by win condition, and by max average elixir (≤ 2.8, 3.0, 3.3, 3.6, or 4.0), and can hide decks you can't play yet (fewer than 7 of 8 cards owned). Every ranked deck shows its average elixir. There is no elixir sort — decks stay in meta-rank order within the filter.

Asking in chat: the support chat can answer "build me 10 decks under 3 elixir" directly — it lists the highest-ranked tracked decks at your trophy range that fit the cap, each with a Deck Doctor link, and links the Deck Finder with the same cap applied.

The Deck Finder supports a tag link parameter (/tools/deck-finder?tag=%23YOURTAG), so a link that already includes a player tag loads their decks immediately, and a maxElixir parameter (/tools/deck-finder?maxElixir=3) that pre-applies the elixir cap.

This is the right answer for "make me a deck," "build me a deck with my cards," "what's the best deck for me," and for players who don't know how to build a deck and don't want to fix their current one.

I have a deck and want it improved — Deck Doctor (free)

The Deck Doctor at /tools/deck-doctor analyzes a deck you enter: it grades the deck, finds weaknesses (bad elixir curve, no swarm answer, weak air defense), and suggests specific card swaps. It supports a deck link parameter with comma-separated card names (/tools/deck-doctor?deck=Hog%20Rider,Musketeer,...), so a link can arrive with the deck already filled in.

Hero and Evolution cards: every card in your deck — auto-loaded from your linked account or picked by hand — shows a Hero and/or Evo button underneath it, only where that card has such a form in the game (16 Heroes and 44 Evolutions as of September 2026). The game's slots are one Evolution, one Hero, and one Wild slot that takes either, so a deck holds at most 2 Evolutions, at most 2 Heroes, and 3 forms in total. The game never reports which forms you run, so mark them yourself; the analysis and the deck chat then grade the form you picked, not the base card.

Important: the Deck Doctor does not generate a deck from scratch. It needs a deck as input. Someone with no deck should start at the Deck Finder instead.

After an analysis, signed-in users can tap "Ask about this deck" to chat with a deck coach grounded in live meta stats. That chat is where specific questions get real answers: "Cannon or Tesla in this deck?", "how do I beat Golem with this?", "what should I upgrade first?"

I want to rate an idea — Deck Builder (free)

The Deck Builder at /tools/deck-builder lets you pick any 8 cards and rates the deck out of 100 on synergy, meta fit, structure, elixir curve, and card levels, backed by millions of real ladder battles. Use it to sanity-check a deck idea before you invest upgrades, then hand the deck to the Deck Doctor for AI swap suggestions.

I need war decks — Clan War Deck Planner (free)

The Clan War Deck Planner at /tools/war-planner builds 4 non-overlapping Clan War decks with automatic card-conflict detection, spell-balance validation, and win-condition checks. This is the answer to "war deck builder" questions.

I want the full workspace — Deck Lab (Pro)

The Deck Lab at /app/decks is the Pro deck workspace: save decks, find counters to specific decks ("Counter This"), browse suggested decks with your collection, plan upgrade paths, and prepare war day — all in one place. It requires a Pro subscription; free users who open it are redirected to the Deck Doctor.

Do the deck tools work in other languages?

The tools themselves are in English, but the support assistant and the Deck Doctor chat will answer questions in your language — ask in Spanish, French, Turkish, or any language you're comfortable in.
