1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use TrophyCoach. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to accept these terms.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trophycoach.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with other users, or use the platform for unauthorised commercial purposes. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts under different email addresses — to obtain additional free allowances, circumvent billing, or evade a suspension is a violation of these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans purchased on the website are billed through Stripe; TrophyCoach Pro purchased inside the TrophyCoach iOS app is billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law, including for any unused portion of a billing period after a cancellation. Manage your billing from the dashboard for website purchases, or contact our support team for assistance.
App Store purchases. Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are auto-renewable; payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store subscriptions account settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms, not through us. A subscription bought in the app unlocks the same TrophyCoach Pro features on the website, and vice versa. Introductory pricing, if offered, is shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
The free weekly allowance is one allowance per user — currently one AI battle analysis per game and one coaching session each week, per person, not per email address. Registering additional accounts, using alternate email addresses, or linking the same game accounts or payment details to new accounts in order to obtain a further allowance is prohibited. We may revoke free access, terminate duplicate accounts, and charge the applicable subscription fee for any usage obtained through circumvention. The size and composition of the free allowance may change; we will describe the current allowance on the pricing pages.
5. Intellectual Property
TrophyCoach retains all rights to the platform, content, and branding. You may display generated reports for personal use, but you may not resell or publicly redistribute them without permission.
6. Disclaimers
TrophyCoach provides insights and recommendations for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TrophyCoach and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When material changes occur, we will notify you via email or in-app messaging. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
